Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking with The Ancestors’ Veil. Our services are sacred, and these policies are designed to honor both your time and ours. Please read carefully before scheduling your appointment: 1. Full Payment at Booking All services must be paid in full at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. 2. Cancellations You may cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you will receive a 50% refund of the total service price. No-shows will not receive a refund. 3. Rescheduling You may reschedule your appointment to a different date if done at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment is treated as a late cancellation, and the 50% refund policy will apply. 4. Practitioner Cancellations If The Ancestors’ Veil must cancel your appointment for any reason, you will receive a full refund. 5. Late Policy Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened or canceled at the practitioner’s discretion. In this case, the 50% refund policy will apply. 6. Energy Exchange & Respect These services are sacred. Please arrive with respect, openness, and readiness for the work being offered. 7. Agreement By booking with The Ancestors’ Veil, you acknowledge and agree to this booking policy.
